26/03/20 - Security Code & Customer Service. We understand the importance and urgency of sending funds to your loved one during this difficult time. If you have recently signed up to Secure Payment Services and are waiting for your security code to arrive. Please know you can receive the security code faster, by emailing a photograph or scanned copy of 2 forms of ID that show your name and address on both forms to support@unilink-software.com.au and we will respond via email with your security code as soon as possible. We would like to reassure you that we value all our customers and we are working hard to answer all calls and email queries. Our telephone wait times, and email responses may be longer than normal during the COVID-19 outbreak. We want to support all of our customers, but we ask if you could please check the FAQs page before contacting us as you may find the answer to your query there. This will ensure we can devote our time to those with the greatest need.
06/03/20 - Public Holiday – Monday 9th March 2020 Secure Payment Services and Email a Prisoner will send all payments and messages to the establishments at the allocated times. Please note: Our office will be closed on Monday 9th March 2020 due to the SA/VIC public holiday. Please contact us via email and we will respond as soon as possible. Telephones will not be manned on this date.
